The map above gives you a better understanding of the location of the Vietnam Memorial. It also puts into perspective the number of soldiers that were killed in the Vietnam War. When the map is clicked it sends you to an interactive version were can view what the different pins represent. The pins also have links that redirect you to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial fund website, which keeps all the records and profiles of the thousands of soldiers who died.

The map below shows the different location of Vietnam Memorials around the United States. Despite the controversy of Maya Lin's design many of the Vietnam Memorials in other states are scaled down replicas of the original Vietnam Veterans Memorial that is in Washington D.C..
